PAPTI employs pressing and cutting process to convert different material types such as film, adhesive tapes, rubber/foam, blank labels, non-woven fabric and other packing materials into finished products. It could be supplied into sheets, rolls or individual parts. It could also be preferably done over a wide range of part sizes, shapes and quantities, utilizing cost effective tooling die or whenever applicable, precise tooling option.

Due to sensitive nature of other parts for electronic and semiconductor applications, production facility requires stringent environmental control. In order to comply, the company built an ISO 7- Class 10 000 Clean Room, a hard sided wall manufactured facility that uses HEPA filtration system to maintain air cleanliness level of a maximum of 10,000 particles @ 0.5um per cubic foot. The area also offers die cutting of any sophisticated parts for various electronic application.

The company's inspection capability offers an instant measurement system that could perform hundreds of measurement on parts in just a few seconds with very high accuracy.
