We, PAPTI (Philippine Advanced Processing Technology, Inc.), were established in October 1996 for the purpose of manufacturing backlight components for laptop computers.

Since then, with the cooperation of Japanese companies operating in the Philippines, regardless of industry or type of business, and with the trust of final assembly manufacturers, we have continued to offer technology that satisfies many customers through our "Manufacturing with a heart" and have achieved dramatic growth for 25 years.

Now, aiming for new business development, we have set up the thoroughness of P_QCD (Perfect_ Quality, Cost, Delivery) as our action guidelines. In order to meet the diversified needs of products, it is important for the manufacturers to satisfy all the requirements of quality, price, and delivery.

To achieve this goal, each and every one of our staff members shares the same philosophy, and we promise to do our best to satisfy our customers by staying close to them and continuing to propose technologies that will earn their trust.

History

1996

Established in Cavite Export Processing Zone as a subsidiary of Gorin Packing Co. Ltd.

1998

New Warehouse building was completed.
Expansion of production capacity.

1999

Obtained ISO 9002 certification.

2000

Started to improve production facilities. (expansion of front-end machinery and improvement and renovation of back-end areas)

2001

Renovated the Clean Room to improve its design standard and to achieve Class 10 000 level.

2002

Established a new production area that specializes in the production of HDD and other storage device components and wire harness components.
Passed audit transition of ISO 9002 to ISO 9001.

2003

Established new warehouse and production area for ink absorber felt materials. Started preparation for ISO 14001.

2004

Obtained ISO 14001 certification.

2007

Obtained OHSAS 18001 certification.

2008

Awarded Best in People Development, under Department of Labor and Employment.

2009

Received an award from a major customer for maintaining high quality products.

2011

Implemented company wide cost cutting measures to overcome the effects of the global recession.

2012

Established satellite production facility to meet the requirement of ink absorber felt parts.

2013

Started large scale renovation of the company. Completed on October 12, which coincide to 17th anniversary of the company's founding.

2014

Received excellence award from several customers for being an Outstanding Supplier and Best Perfomance in Delivery.

2015

Received Best Supplier award from two(2) automotive companies.

2016

Celebrated 20th anniversary and received 20K Milestone Achievement from PEZA. Obtained Best Supplier for Accessory Material from a customer.

2017

Passed IMS or Integrated Management System certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
Awarded 1st Runner-up for Suppliers Kaizen Presentation.
Awarded Best in Cost Reduction and Outstanding Supplier from our customers.
The parent company (Gorin Packing Co., Ltd.) became a subsidiary of RIZAP Group Inc.

2018

PAPTI (Thailand) Sales Office was established.

2019

Obtained IATF 16949 certification.
Second plant, PAPTI (Batangas) was established and started its operation.

2020

Passed audit transiton of OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001.

2021

Became a subsidiary of RIZAP International Co., Ltd.,
25th anniversary.

2022

Awarded Most Outstanding Supplier from a major customer in the field of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Management and Environment.

2023

Received Quality Excellence Award from a customer that specializes in imaging and optical products.

2024

3rd Runner up in Kaizen Competiton, awarded Superior in Quality Performance from an automotive customer.

Certification

To further improve the company's image, business credibility as well as to streamline productivity,
PAPTI decided to challenge various ISO certification to prove the quality of its products and services.

To date, the company was certified to Integrated Management System (IMS) which is considered.
